What if I still need help?
If after checking with the credit card's bank, or PayPal they find no problems with the purchase, and you have already attempted our troubleshooting steps for general purchase issues please contact us using our Purchase Support form.
The following information will help us to troubleshoot the situation with you,
- Transaction ID - please include which payment processor (Stripe or PayPal) instead of the transaction ID.
- Comments - If you use a different email address for your PayPal account than you use for your Armor Games account, please include that email address in the comments so we can locate your payment history and look for transactions/errors.
