Many MMO's have opportunities to purchase in-game content and currency. If you have issues with a purchase, each MMO page on Armor Games has support and forum links to help guide you to who to talk with.
Note: The Armor Games Support team lacks the access and tools that are needed to support the MMOs or the purchase problems that may occur. Developers instead have a dedicated staff who are trained and ready to offer you support for these games.

The MMO team told me to contact you about my purchase.
If this was the payment processor, there may be a misunderstanding. They should have asked you to contact the game Developer.Sometimes they are not aware that we are hosting the game on our site.
If this was the developers, there may be something else that is going on or there was a misunderstanding. Either way, we can take a look at what's being discussed and follow up with you. When contacting us, we'll need you to forward the full email thread with the support team and the MMO staff or take screen shots of the conversation if there is a lot of back and forth communication.
- Please submit a help request using the link above.
- Once your ticket has been assigned, reply to that email and please copy and paste the complete email conversation between you and the staff member. Or you can include screen captures if you do not have an email thread.
We also need to know what Game, the Item/content purchased and the date so we can follow up on the contact.
