Massively multiplayer online (or MMO) games that Armor Games hosts, but we do not manage the databases, handle payment processing, or fix bugs found. The MMO Developers have staff who are trained on the game, and systems that they use to create/manage the game.
Here are some of the more common questions that the staff is asked about, but are not able to help you out.
Why can't you help me?
MMO developers have independent Support staff, servers, and even payment systems. We do not have access to these features, as we are not part of their staff, nor have we been trained on each of the different systems that may be used.
The game isn't loading!
MMOs will sometimes take the games offline to push a patch or make an update. We suggest that you check the MMO's main game page and see if there are any maintenance announcements.
If the game isn't undergoing maintance, there are some browser troubleshooting steps that you can take.
How do I get help with an in-game purchase?
