In addition to the ways that you can connect with one another, and get help/tips with specific games, we have a dedicated group of Community Moderators. They are here to help the community out and review posts and comments that are not up to the par of the community guidelines as a tip of the iceberg for what they do. You can see the list of our Moderators by clicking on the forums link and looking at the list to the right of the main page.
In addition, the community team reviews all account ban disputes that are not related to account sharing or account hack restrictions.
Ban Contesting To have your ban reviewed you'll want to go here and select the topic from the Ban Contesting drop down.
Account, Game & Payment Support
The Support team responds to Account Help, Game Issues, Feedback and Other. Whereas other teams will respond to the remaining options. So please make sure you are selecting the appropriate subject form the drop down otherwise you may be waiting an extended period of time to get help.
Account Help is for reporting problems with your account or a specific game/person typically. So password problems, help to get your email address updated, account verification troubleshooting, or problems with your account that would require you to share account security related information.
For account and security sensitive help requests (hacked accounts, password/email management, non MMO payment help to name a few) the support team will be happy to work with you. Please make sure that you are using the correct web form to contact us. So If you are reporting that you need help with your password and put in a request to payments saying "help" we are going to ask for what sort of problem you are having with the purchase you are making.
Game Issues is where you want to communicate a problem with the website, or a problem with any NON MMO games and games that do not have support links (mostly common with older flash games).
We will need details from you to try and replicate the problem. Reports like "my game doesn't work" are less desirable than contacts that include information such as a screen capture, error message, steps that can be taken to replicate the problem, and such.
Feedback is where you want to share specific feedback about the site. Ideally feedback about a game would be posted under the game's page so that the Developers will be able to see your thoughts directly.
But if there is something that you are uncomfortable with communicating directly, you will want to contact us using this option. We will pass along any constructive feedback to the appropriate member of the staff or the developers directly.
Other is a category that you'll want to use if you are contacting the support team about something that doesn't fall under Help or Feedback. Someone used your email without your permission and you would like to have the account deleted, report a bug with the site and you are unable to log into the forums.

Business Partners, Press Inquiries and Infringement Contacts
If you are a business or someone looking to connect with us, we also have a few ways you can contact with our staff to discuss your thoughts and possible collaborations. These categories are NOT intended for players or to report needing help with an area of the site. Contacts that are made outside the scope of these next categories will result in longer delays and potential being asked to resubmit your help request in a more appropriate category.
